Hubs, Arbors and Spacers
Used with dicing blades and wheels to ensure accurate mounting and alignment of individual dicing blades and gang applications. Arbors and hubs are typically made from aluminum, while spacers can be made from ceramic, carbide or titanium.

HUBS AND ARBORS DESIGNED FOR YOUR APPLICATION

Available tolerances on shoulder perpendicularity as tight as 1 micron. Radial run-out of assembled arbor as low as 2 microns.
 
Gang Assemblies
COMPLETE GANG ARBOR AND HUB MODULE ASSEMBLY

ITI produces complete assemblies designed for all major saw machines. Multiple thicknesses of dicing blades and spacers can be included on the same arbor. We also provide services such as restacking and truing.
PPSS
PPSS (PRECISION PITCH SPACER SYSTEM)

Time required for stacking dicing blades and spacers on a PPSS system is less than half that of conventional systems. There is no need to maintain costly inventories of incrementally sized spacers or dicing blades to achieve required pitch dimension and tolerance.

Spacers

CERAMIC, SOLID CARBIDE OR TITANIUM

ITI produces precision spacers for gang and hub dicing blade assemblies.

Available tolerances as tight as 25 microns on OD, 76 microns on ID, and under 1 micron on thickness.

ESS

ESS (ERODABLE SPACER SYSTEM)

This exclusive spacer technology can significantly increase the life of dicing blades. It allows greater use of the dicing blades and improved handling of ultra thin dicing blades. As the dicing blade wears from normal cutting, the spacers can be eroded during the dressing process to maintain the desired minimum exposure of the dicing blades.
